The following sets out the range of services available and associated prices. Whether you are merely seeking the peace of mind of knowing that you have lawful and effective employment contracts in place, or whether you wish to benefit from having an HR professional working with you and your business day to day, you will find a service to suit you.

  1. Training Package - from £1,000 (50% government funding may apply)*

    Includes:

    • Contracts of employment and staff handbook pack (as point 2 below)
    • 1 day or two half days training on staff management issues, designed to help you develop a more effective and productive workforce
    • 12 months telephone advice (as point 3 below)

  2. Contracts of employment and staff handbook pack - From £600

    Tailor made contracts for all your staff which are lawful, specific to your business, easy to understand and meet your needs. PLUS a staff handbook which contains all the policies and procedures your company needs in order to effectively manage staff and to comply with the law.

  3. Telephone advice - From £100

    Unlimited telephone advice for one year, covering all elements of personnel and employment law.

  4. Full outsourced HR management service - Contact us for a quote

    Includes both services listed above (contracts, handbook and telephone advice) PLUS

    • Drafting of letters and other documentation (e.g. letters to staff going on maternity leave; appraisal forms; job descriptions; etc.)
    • Automatic updates of contracts and handbook to reflect changes in law or business requirements
    • Hands-on assistance with staff issues, such as recruitment exercises, disciplinary matters, restructures, etc.
    • On-site advice and assistance as required

  5. Ad hoc consultancy work - hourly or daily rates available. Contact us for a quote.

    For instance:

    • May be used in combination with telephone advice, e.g. if you require a letter to be drafted.
    • For acting on your behalf to negotiate new terms and conditions of employment for your staff.
    • For acting on your behalf in respect of an employment tribunal claim.
    • For training you and your managers (e.g. dealing with disciplinary and grievance matters; performance management; absence management; recruitment and selection)
