The Company collects, retains and processes your personal data for in order to send you regular newsletters by email. The Company will not use your personal information for any other purpose.
Who has Access to Personal Data
Personal data will not be shared with anyone outside the Company.
We use MailChimp to produce and distribute newsletters, an online platform based in the USA. This may result in your personal data being transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). MailChimp participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework, which is covered by an adequacy decision by the EU Commission (i.e. it is in compliance with GDPR).
Time Period for Retaining Data
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, either by using the unsubscribe function on the newsletter or by asking us to remove your subscription. In such circumstances your personal data will be deleted and will not be retained.
Your Rights
As a data subject you have the following rights:
• You can request from the Company access to and a copy of your data;
• You can request the Company to correct or erase personal data;
• You can request a restriction of processing of your personal data; and
• You can object to processing of your personal data.

We only collect and process your name, email address and the name of your company/organisation.
