We are looking for an employment law and HR expert to join our team and to work alongside the Managing Director/Lead Consultant in advising, guiding and supporting our large client base of small to medium sized employers.
This is an exciting new role which is essential to our continued growth, as more and more customers hear about our services and wish to join us. Our ethos is always to meet and exceed our clients’ service expectations and to genuinely help their businesses through our practical, hands-on approach to their HR and employment law needs. We develop warm, engaging and respectful relationships with our clients, to ensure they feel fully supported and to ensure we take on board their wishes and their approach to risk, whenever we try to find a solution to their particular challenges.
We get results – whether that is putting together an easy to follow but water-tight contract of employment, helping to manage a difficult employee, dealing with a TUPE or redundancy project, or just providing reassurance to an employer who is struggling to juggle all the balls. We focus on the client and on achieving the best outcome for them.
Our clients love us – some have been with us since 2007 when the business was set up! We frequently receive very positive feedback and gratitude from our clients, which makes for a rewarding work experience.
